The APARRI Conference

The APARRI Conference

The APARRI meeting is the largest and longest running interdisciplinary conference series in the United States addressing issues of religion in Asian American and Pacific Islander communities. APARRI promotes the development of Asian Pacific American religious studies as a field, the cultivation of emerging scholarship, and the mentoring of younger scholars and leaders. For information on past APARRI meetings, please see APARRI History. From 2023 to 2026, the APARRI meeting will be held annually at UC Berkeley.

The conference took place JUNE 10-12, 2025 . We had three days of cutting-edge APA religion scholarship, scintillating intellectual exchange, and intentional collaborative community in beautiful Berkeley!
